Most times you’re in and out in less time than they quote you which is always a plus. I always try to go during the middle of the week to avoid crowds.

Over the summer I had to back tires of my car replaced. I got done with work late, but they let me drop my car off after hours and had someone at the shop waiting and stored it inside their garage. I have a more obscure car, but they knew the idiosyncrasies of it, so I didn’t have to explain anything for them to work on it.
I was also going to be out of town for the week and they stored the car there free of charge and hassle free
